Content Submission
By Submitting content to the Websites of The BTC Development Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The content is my original work or in the public domain
2. The content is not copyrighted by any third party. A C with a circle around it, is only version of copyrighted material
3. Any threatening, obscene, pornographic, or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law;
4. Any material determined as offensive - as this is a PG rated site
5. Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, or copyrights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown the material;
6. Any material sent from an anonymous or false address.
7. Any material whose primary purpose if promoting something rather than entertainment, such as ads for websites, blogs or products

Content provided becomes the property of BTC Development Group, which may use the content for any legal purpose and generate revenue from the content. Unless explicitly detailed in a separate agreement, the submitter of the content shall obtain no remuneration of any kind for the content. In addition, once the content is submitted, the submitter has no right to request that the content be removed, although the Company will review such requests.
While BTC Development Group is not responsible for the content of the submitted material, we reserves the right to edit or delete submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable. You acknowledge that any submission may be removed, published, copied, modified, transmitted, and displayed by BTC Development Group for the purposes of delivering the offered services.
In addition, you warrant that all rights in any uploaded materials have been waived. Your physical or electronic sharing of your images, video, text, or other materials constitutes permission for reprinting by the recipient. BTC Development Group will not be liable for the content of any submission.

BTC Development Group is vigilant about protecting your privacy as a consumer. As an e-mail serving company, we understand better than most the need for you to maintain control over your personal data when using the Internet. We maintain your privacy through the enforcement of strict internal polices that exceed industry standards.

We Protect Your Right to Privacy
BTC Development Group respects your privacy. Our guidelines for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to our Web site or when you subscribe to one of our daily lists appear below. BTC Development Group does not gather or maintain a database of such information.

Use of Your E-mail Address
If you give us permission to market to you when you provide us with your e-mail address either during the subscription process or make a purchase from us, we will occasionally send you e-mail with recommendations or notices of new products, prices, and services. This e-mail may include paid advertisements from third parties. At the time that you register, you will be given an opportunity to opt-in to receive these services. Even if you do decide to opt-in during the registration or purchasing process, you will always be allowed to easily opt-out of this type of e-mail service, simply by following the instructions at the bottom of the e-mail message.

Web Applications
Certain online applications, such as the various elements of the deployed e-mail, employ proprietary technology to scan your computer system and retrieve information regarding your installed software and hardware. This information is used solely to provide the services you have chosen to subscribe to or use. The information gathered by these applications is used only to generate output directed to you and is not aggregated or used for any other purpose. Registration/Subscription
During the BTC Development Group registration or subscription process, we ask you to provide us with contact information, such as name, e-mail address, zip code, state, and country and other applicable data for the site/list that you have subscribed to.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share any customer information that we collect on our site. By contract, third parties such as CyberCash and Gator must comply with their own privacy policies with regard to the renting, selling, or sharing of information. As partners of BTC Development Group, they must also offer BTC Development Group customers the chance to opt- out of information sharing. For advertising purposes, visitor and customer information is statistically aggregated and reported to advertisers. However, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, account, password, or transaction history.

Special relationships

BTC Development Group has a number of relationships with business partners. These business partners provide a number of different services. Our Email Service Provider (ESP) provides e-mail transaction services for BTC Development Group.


Affiliates

When a user or a company signs up to be a BTC Development Group affiliate, they do so through BTC Development Group Affiliates page. BTC Development Group does NOT share personally identifiable information about affiliates. This information is not sold, shared, or rented to any third party, and is used internally only to manage and maintain relationships with affiliates.

BTC Development Group contains links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are then transferred to another Web site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites, as their privacy policies may differ from the privacy policy of BTC Development Group.


Cookies
BTC Development Group uses software tags called "cookies" to identify customers when they visit our site. Cookies are used to manage subscribers' permissions and rights. Additionally, cookies help us to identify returning users so that we don't ask them to register with every visit. They help us understand your buying preferences and customize our service to your needs. By recording which areas of the site you visit, cookies allow us to present information, products, and special offers that are most likely to be of interest to you. The information we collect with cookies is not sold, rented, or shared with any outside parties. We also ask you if you would like to fill in your first name in a box for the purpose of personalizing your BTC Development Group experience. This means that when someone points their browser to BTC Development Group website subscription page and enters their e-mail address and other requested data, an automatic reply will be generated by BTC Development Group system. This e-mail will state that your e-mail has been sent to BTC Development Group to subscribe to the selected newsletter. To confirm this subscription, the recipient must respond to this e-mail by clicking on the link provided in this automatically generated reply to the initial subscription. Users who have subscribed can quickly and easily cancel their newsletter subscription by following instructions contained in each issue of the newsletter. Only an e-mail address is required to receive the newsletter.


Feedback

We collect user feedback. We do not typically respond to user feedback in the form of e-mail. We do cull testimonials that appear on the site from our feedback form, but only after we have obtained permission from the senders. Users who would like a response to specific questions concerning the service or their subscriptions are directed to the webmaster of that site. These questions will be responded to as quickly as possible. We read all of our customer service queries and use the information contained therein only to resolve the question at hand. We also post surveys on our site, ranging from one to ten questions. These surveys are optional and all information is collected anonymously. The information is collected to better understand our user population. It is not sold or transferred to any third party.


Information security

All information gathered on BTC Development Group site is stored and maintained in secure facilities that limit access to authorized personnel only. These personnel can only access the information through a series of access-control procedures. All BTC Development Group employees are briefed about the company's privacy and security policies on a regular basis.
